Making $$ every way I can think of..

So with all these excitements about my Jeffy,
you may be wondering what I’ve been up to..
I’m absolutely LOVING it here. I’m loving school (I’d like to make a shout out– QUINCY COME JOIN ME!!), I’m loving Rexburg (the small town is something new, but something great), I’m loving the snow (even though it hit a low of negative 21 degrees two nights ago), I’m loving the ward (Jeff and I are Sunbeam teachers, which started this past Sunday), and I’m loving married life. What more could I ask for right??
How about a good consistent job maybe?? I transfered with American Eagle– but am only getting a good eight hours per week– and have to drive all the way to Idaho Falls to get there. Not the best of circumstances.. Anyways, so I have decided to create my own businesses. (Nana, I guess it runs in the family.)
Business #1: Tutoring.
(Here is the flyer I passed out to the Junior High, Middle School, Alternative High School, and High School in this area:
So far I am currently tutoring two boys from Madison Junior High School. The first is a ninth grader named Braxton in Algebra. He is the most ideal tutoree ever. His family is adorable and he is so smart!! He just needs a little motivation to get his homework done. The second is also a ninth grader from Madison Junior High, named Larry. I met Larry today, and will start tutoring him twice a week on Mondays and Tuesdays after school in the school’s conference room.
I am enjoying this little business, and hopefully it will just continue to grow now that my name is out there!

Business #2: Babysitting.
I posted these little tear off flyers at the mail boxes around our complex. I was surprised- almost all of the tear offs have disappeared so far. I currently have a babysitting job set up for this Friday and Saturday! Hooray. I know that word travels fast about good babysitters– so I’m keeping my fingers crossed. I’m really excited about this little business as well! The kids in our ward are so dang cute.
Besides that.. Jeff and I have both been donating plasma at a place called Biomat. Together we make $100/week. So we can’t complain about some gas and grocery money there. Earning money sucks, but I am so glad that I have Jeff to play this game together with. (:
Love you guys.

Chef Jeff

Jeff cooks us tasty meals nearly every night, brings me a homemade lunch everyday, and has turned out to be rather creative in the kitchen!! Who would of known?
We are having fun together here in Idaho. Jeff starts his new job this Monday– so his cooking skills are going to only keep improving.
Add that to the list of reasons why you want to come visit us!!

Our Wedding Day 12-11-10

So we made it, to the Seattle Temple. Jeff & Karli- sealed for time and all eternity. This was definitely the best day of my life so far.
The smile that you see on my face here was consistent through the whole day, start to finish. I had never felt so happy in content in my entire life.

Even dressed up, on the temple grounds, we still managed to have a good time.
Definitely the most romantic shot the either of us had ever taken.
My lovely sister, I mean Mom, doesn’t she look gorgeous?
My handsome Dad. I’m so proud to be his daughter.
Jeff & his beautiful Mom.. definitely a Mommy’s boy.
What studs, don’t they look smashing?
I definitely lucked out with the most amazing set of in laws. I love them so much.
Not only did I, but so did Jeff! We are one lucky newly wed couple!!
Jeff fit into the Kent family perfectly, my sisters adore him. The Jaeckel’s have graciously welcomed me into their family. This is truly what marriage is all about.
I love this shot. The Kent Ladies. This is how my life has been, filled with girls. I’m so glad I will always have the three of them to fall back on. They are awesome. I have now gained an older sister, something I have always wanted. Jenae has already acted as an older sister to me- always ready to help me and Jeff in any way she can. She was missed at the wedding today so much. But Sophie being born is definitely a blessing- so many changes this year has brought.
Quincy and Chloe, I couldn’t ask for better sisters. Aren’t they beautiful? Flawless, I’d say.
The photo I wanted.. the first sister to get married. I love it.
Jeff’s grandparent. They won the prize for the longest married couple. What an example for me and Jeff.
My Nana and Grandpa, the two people who have helped me out in so many ways. I love them with all my heart.
It was awesome how many people joined us at the temple. The sealing room was full, as was the waiting room. It was such an exciting feeling walking, hand in hand with Jeff, out the temple doors, greeted with so many awaiting smiles. Both Jeff and I were so grateful for all the family that came from such distances to spend the day with us. We both feel so blessed to have had so much support throughout our lives, and for that, we thank you.

You can see it on my face- I’m SO lucky.
Jeff and Karli Jaeckel.
The time at the temple was something I could never imagined it would be. It was truly an amazing experience.
Not only was the time at the temple flawless, so was the night reception. From the decorations…
To my Dad’s performance…
To the cake…
To the garter toss…
To the bouquet toss…
To the laughs…
To all my friends there to share the day with me…
To our exit…
To our decorated car (just like the movies)…
To the drive off. It was the best day- by far. During the planning process, I did not understand the point of all the time, stress, and money put in for one day. Now that it is over, I know that it was SO WORTH it. I can’t wait until my sisters, or one of my friends get engaged. I’m so excited to help plan someone else’s special day. I’m so grateful to be married to such an amazing individual. I’m such a lucky girl to be able to spend the rest of my life with Jeff. We have just begun the next chapter of my life, and I am so excited.

Cribs, Rexburg Edition

We just moved in five days ago. Rexburg has welcomed us with below zero weather and no job openings anywhere. Aside from that, we are having fun setting up our new little home and getting used to this new married life. Here’s just a little taste of our new lifestyle. Enjoy.
